It is a safe place for boys and girls
A means of protection
A shield from hostile actions
Often locked and secured
It provides peace of mind I am sure
Knock as you may if you wish to enter
Unwelcome guest should go away
Forceful entry will not be on your side
Behind closed doors is where the power lay
Curiosity might be on your mind
Because mystery often is behind these doors
Your only desire is to open them a small bit
