How it feels to love as if there’s never been a time you haven’t held him inside of you.

Beneath the skin that covers me
You are safe and warm
In a blanket of love
Sheltered from the storm
Breathing the air I breathe
Seeing as I see
Feeling as I feel
Tasting as I taste
Roaming and observing
Learning and changing
Together and as one
You have always been here
Before time
Before planets came to be
Before heartache and cares
Waiting to be realized
Inside a safe warm place
That is where you live
Inside my heart
