A field of berries causes me to take off to partake of these treats, but Camile did not like being forsaken when I go after things that interests me.

As we strolled hand in hand

I noticed running green vines

Which looked as though

They had red

And bluish black berries

- – -

For a moment

I knew I had to stop

To see what attracted me so

Up to now I didn’t know

Why these vines

Impressed me so

- – -

It must I assume the berries

That made my mouth water

You see I love all sort of berries

Blueberries, strawberries

And blackberries

- – -

Yes, we were by a berry field

I could tell

And here I wanted us to dwell

So that I could have my fill

So I bent over by a little well

And started picking

These delights

However, Camile walked away

Much to my dismay

And I wondered why

She didn’t stay

Up to this very day

- – -

Now she says

That I always act this way

Once it was with a black cat

That played by a hat

- – -

I know it’s true

But does she have to be so blue

She should always remember

Whatever I do I still love her

Unrequited love is the worst, the concept gets to me on a fundamental level.
