Meow!

Upon my back I lay

My mittens clasped together

As I silently pray

Beseeching one and all

Portraying my innocence

Where my golden-eyes befall

Telling you a story

Of that missing tuna

And saying, “I’m so sorry!”

One look…that’s all it took.

Hi Lady Sunshine, yes, one look and that’s all it took for me too. I love the poem and the last two lines, “of that missing tuna, and saying “I’m so sorry!” is priceless!!
