Raw emotions felt after a relationship is tarnished with deceit.

The Heart- Fresh, Whole

Stabbed, then sliced carelessly

Vulnerable inside comes out

Exposed to a sandpaper of lies

The Trust- Available, Open

Kidnapped, ripped out of the arms

Of a weakened semblance of love

Locked behind steel doors

The Soul- Free, Alive with emotion

Transformed into a degradation

Of numbness

And chained to the memories of a

Betrayal

Can relate to this to well with stil raw emotions to deal with.You wrote what i am feel right now untill father time comes in and heals me.A great write and liked it.
