A lighthearted poem for households with teenagers.
Oi! Who left the light on?
Left unflushed paper in the loo,
I bet it’s the daughter or son,
It’s gotta be one of the two.
An empty fridge and cupboards bare,
There’s no milk for my tea,
It’s obvious a teenager’s been there,
It’s plain for all to see.
The TV’s too loud,
Rubbish over the floor,
Mates round, what a crowd,
They can’t even close the door.
Trainers and shoes everywhere,
Cups and glasses abound,
Adults please beware,
There’s teenagers around!
