Couldn’t there be a mistake in my favor?

I’ve added ‘em once,
I’ve added ‘em twice;
To find a mistake
Would really be nice.

But to tell you the truth
They come up the same.
I think the calculator
Is to blame!

    Wouldn’t it be great if that horribly high total was some sort of horrible mistake? Yeah, but it never is. Good one :)

    Neat poem.
    Wish I had no bills as well.
    Oh well there goes the salary!

    Fun and cute. I wonder what life without bills would be like. Oh to dream the impossible dream.

    If only there could be a calculator that could reduce the bills and increase the income! It would be marketed along with the scale that makes you twenty pounds lighter and the birthday cards that let you age backwards.

    I had a fifth grader who was wise beyond his years (He is now the guy who fixes our computers). Back then, he said “I know that life isn’t fair. But why can’t it be unfair to my advantage once in awhile?”
