Poem inspired by Gothic Picture!

Blackened roses pressed against
paling bare skin silent stares become condensed
The dangling sound of a cross so simple
Her stoned face now seeks a dimple
Purity runs away from her listless eyes
to wash away the blood she cries
Crow like is her darkened hair
Floats and shines in the crisping air.
