Having blue eyes, blond hair and similar IQs will not solve our problems. Man will have to achieve perfection or what is known nirvana in Buddhism.

Imagine if all of us

Had blue eyes

And blond hair

If we were blessed

With the same IQ

What a world it would be?

Would there

Still be strife and violence?

Would there be love and peace?

Or, would it really matter?

- – -

The latter would be true

It is not the color of person’s eyes

Hair, Skin or his IQ

That determines character

Such a person will still have

Much to fight over

For one thing

Some may be fat

Medium or skinny

Others may be tall

Or short

- – -

Even if we were all alike

There would still be other things

That would be reasons

For our disagreement

And our ability not to get along

- – -

Some of us may be puritanical

Believing in hard work

Others may be lazy

Blue eyes and blond hair

With similar IQs

Are the norm

So there will be nothing

To gloat about

- – -

Racial differences will

Not be something

To worry about

But what about gay relationships?

Their civil rights

Will still be fought over

- – -

I’ll argue

That having blue eyes, blond hair

And similar IQs

Will do nothing in keeping us

Out of wars

For it’ll still be the content

Of our character that matters

- – -

On a final reflection

To achieve a state

Of heavenly bliss or nirvana

We’ll have to be perfect

- – -

Just being one color

And having similar features

Will be bland

Or, we may never know

The difference

- – -
