Starting over, learning to forget, never looking back.

Dedicated To: Charlie Martle
When we first met
You were just another face in the crowd
A face I had yet to know
You were no one special
Neither was I
To you I was just another someone.
I was married, with a child
You the same
You had your life
I had mine
We were nothing else but a;
Hello and goodbye.
Then you entered my life
Became more than just a face in the crowd
I needed and wanted you
Yet, I could not have you
For you had ties yet unbroken
So did I.
Time stood still when I held you
I felt so alive just being near you
You were the sparkle in my eyes
Every beat of my heart
We had something special
And I pray it will never end.
Now the ties are broken
Only to start anew
For we are lovers now.
A brand new love affair
And I hope you love me
As I love you.
