Poetry: learning to break habits that are taught and learned.

I have a way with wordsWords that cannot speakThey are mute, but have a voiceA voice I cannot reach
My smile always shinesBut an illusion is all you seeInside its all but brightDarkness is whats known to me
I just need a candleDim light will give me hopeAromas will fill the airRelaxing helps me cope
The clock shall give me timeI will not be late You will notice changeI’ll go against my fate
This reoccuring patternthis path that I should walkhas just been reconstructedI’ve found sound to talk
I’m breaking family traditionI will not keep this in I must re-write this scene I will not fall again
