Molasses and sugar are sweet, but passing through a factory that manufactures it can be nauseating and sickening indeed.

But not its making process.

Did you mean jiggery or jaggery. I am not sure about the first one but find these pieces very true.

As you rightly said, It is jaggery and have fixed it. Jaggery factory stinks for about a mile.
