Have you ever stopped and thought about what you wanted, have you ever thought about how you searched,
have you ever realized how shallow we can be.
Rip me out of the page of time,
for one small second would be sublime,
to trace my steps and know my notion,
that I might not leave behind regret,
kiss my lips for one small moment,
with the I love you’s of time,
I can feel it run right through,
even to my inner core,
I shake, I shake,
just for you….
How strange it is that I dont know your face,
I wonder if I ever will,
to find the man the rules me only,
my soul, my heart, my mind and words,
What temptations lie upon my path,
and lie the meanings of both two,
distractions from my heart’s want and possession,
Of my mate,
will I pass in time?
Let me stop in mere minutes,
As a old man starts to die,
I wonder how many people can see it,
the twinkle in his eyes,
with grasping upon the wrinkle hands,
of a lovely old lady that lays by his side.
The dedication of the other that mere will,
not to leave,
What is it that makes us stronger,
but trouble and typhoons the painful they be,
for without we would be weak,
Would that make our minds defined,
would that make our image pure,
of what we are searching for will we find,
or will we not because we try,
And everything seems like the meant to be,
I do regretfully say,
that we waste our time in the lusty looks,
they mere toys in the game,
for we do not know what we search for,
just what seems attractive not plain.
So this I beg if be ok,
for a small small bit of time be still,
that I might stop,
sit,
and revel,
Of the time that have to sit breath,
of the gasp that I take,
of the life itself,
that was so given to me,
And pleased to say that in a moment,
most briefly tho time quickly turn back,
I can say that I’m happy and that I’m relaxed,
to not be trouble to not sway quickly,
for the only move is with a dash.
