This is about my brother’s fatal car accident.

That cold December morning

down that lonely stretch of road.

Glistening black asphalt

beneth the snow white truck.

Going too fast, couldn’t stop.

Broken glass cuts deep.

The body slamming to the metal.

One breath, smoke in the air,

Pain shoots though

One breath, smoke in the air,

Heart slows.

Last breath,  the heart stops

the pain is gone.

Laying there,

In crimson red blood.

Broken.

My Angel, broken.
