Humorous poem about a guy who lives in a broken-down apartment.

I live in a broken-down apartment.

Electricity is on the blink.

Water comes out kind of brown.

I’m heading for my shrink.

Freezing in this horrible place.

There’s nowhere else to go.

My lips are turning blue inside.

It must be twenty below.

Rats are having a field day.

For them, it’s home sweet home.

At least I can say one thing about the rats,

When I sleep at night, I’m not alone.

Yep, my apartment is a total wreck.

The building ought to be condemned.

You enter at your own risk.

It’s not suitable for mice or men.

Your portray a vivid picture here. I feel for you. It sounds dreadful.
    Good work.
