When you are at the store,

Have you seen Bubble-Gum,

Just waiting to be bought?

Open the wrapper,

Pop a stick,

In your mouth.

Chew and chew,

‘Till it’s a lump

Of pink tastiness.

Then when it’s

All on your tongue,

And blow a bubble!

See how big,

And full of air,

That bubblegum bubble,

Can really get.

Don’t make it,

Too big,

Or it will make a sticky mess!

Pop

Goes the bubble,

All over your face.

Scrape it off,

Fleck by fleck,

And blow it again.

Open the door,

And you mom’ll

See,

The big mess,

All on your face.

She’ll wipe it off,

And clean it up,

Then throw it all away.

The next day,

Buy another,

And do it all again.
