Building a Positive Mental Attitude.
Adopting the theory tabularasa John Locke in the 17th century, that the human mind is like a blank paper, then should we fill our minds with things – a positive thing because, negative thoughts will produce it – the negative, and vice versa will result in positive thinking – positive things. The mind will form a mental attitude (mental attitude), affects how we react to something. Positive mental attitude will improve the quality of life and make us happier. People who are happy to increase their productivity and have a higher quality of interpersonal relationships. In addition, evidence shows people with more positive mental attitude longevity. The next question is how we can improve our quality of life by having a positive mental attitude?
1. Express true feelings.
Reveal our true feelings will help us to not bring unfinished emotional business in the past to the present. Harbored feelings will only make our lives remain haunted by the “pain” in the past. By expressing the true feelings will be able to provide us with the energy of life enormous.
2. Take control of yourself.
Behavior that is what distinguishes us show everyone. There was an optimist is a pessimist. Furthermore, forget all the things – bad things that ever happened and continue forward through life. Every day is a new day to start new, more beautiful.
4. Start the day with a positive attitude.
On the first occasion every morning wake up try to pray and give thanks, for those who already have a couple could start by showing his affection to your partner, or just said “good morning ..”. Feeling happy in the morning will carry over until a full day, and more great again was able to spread happiness to people – people around us.
5. Seek help from others.
Getting help to others if we do not necessarily reflect weak. It shows that we believe in the ability of other people. Having a positive mental attitude does not mean we then have to live and work alone, because in the context of a positive mental attitude that shows we are able to develop good interpersonal relationships with others.
6. Good memories.
When we are depressed think of memories – wonderful memories
never happened. This will help us to remember that life is not always in sorrow and pain. Wonderful memories will be able to promote the spirit of our lives.
