While he was walking,

Bunny saw a hedgehog

Sad and sobbing.

Saw the hedgehog

Bunny standing near,

Took his clothes and

Started to wear.

“What is the matter?”

Asked the bunny

To the hedgehog;

Chewing his candy.

**************************************************************

Said the hedgehog,

Raising his head,

“Our friend Rattie,

Is now dead.”

**************************************************************

Little bunny surprised,

Asked “how’s he dead?”

Hedgehog said “Fat

Cat ate his head.”

**************************************************************

Bunny said that

“Met him last night,

Rattie said that

‘I am alright’!”

**************************************************************

Little pretty hedgehog

Said that “he died

Last week and was

Not properly buried.”

**************************************************************

Bunny replied to him,

“Let’s go check mate”,

They went to rat hole,

And knocked the gate.

**************************************************************

Hearing someone

Calling at his gate,

Came out Rattie

And told his fate!

**************************************************************

“I was indeed caught

By that fat old cat,

But he then ate,

Just another rat.

**************************************************************

Little spiny hedgehog,

Thought of his fault,

Feeling very happy,

Returned to his vault.
