Justification needs no reproof  

Courage to face dreary days

Resonates within the audacity of hope

Guiding misplaced feelings toward their appropriate place

Echoes reverberating, love is not a race

An epiphany occurs and all is understood

Floods that once swept me away

Carry me towards rainbow’s end

Every drop of the storm quickens the current

In the end, the river of life became my help

Instead of my demise.
