I wrote this to describe what cakes and ale means to me.
For is now a joyous times,
Ones of the never happening crimes.
Cometh for a feast to the feats of man,
We hath been the best in which we can.
Call dionysus, Invite him in haste!
Call upon Pan, and his unpleasurable taste.
I conjure up all the ratifications of our deeds,
The the children’s mouths food to feed.
The day of unity has arise with the milky way,
Midnight is nigh, come out and play!
Watch mother earth as the paints the universe,
The people honor that for the star’s disperse.
Just untighten the belt around ye waste,
Call Dionysus, invite him in haste!
For all the sakes and soul’s for sale,
Give thou thanks in Cakes and Ale!
