I tried to give service as a volunteer for the Salvation Army in my city to help with serving Thanksgiving dinner and it was like trying to get in to the UN to take pictures for a personal scrapbook smh. Unreal. It was a bust. I was sad about it. Yes, blessings have probably been around you for how you simply think in for “goodness” sake why you were one of the lucky persons to FIND a wife Thanks for the cheer share

Christmas is a time for sharing and giving especially to the poor and less fortunate and you have portrayed this very nicely in your poem.

Lovely – I like what you wrote about giving gifts to the least…. I always make a habit of buying Xmas gifts for the cleaners at work and it surprises them. I stay and chat with them once in a while but when I give Xmas and Easter Gifts……the looks on their faces? Priceless….
