My most recent thoughts of someone that has changed me in a way that no one else could ever do. He has showed me the differences in life. How two total opposites could come together is just something that I can’t really comprehend. We are unalike in many ways yet we get along so well, most of the time anyways. It is an unbelievable thing how differently I see the world now.
Can Only Dream
Dark lit sky with twinkling lights,
Think of you always all through the night.
Dreaming and wishing to be by your side,
Living in an almost endless dream.
Hoping deeply on a fallen star
To feel your strong arms around me,
And to hear your heartbeat under my ear,
A nearly silent murmur.
A light breeze flows through the night
As I feel the tickle of your warm breath,
Whispering my name silently in my ear
In the silent confines of your arms.
Oh, how I wish for that day
The day we are together at last,
To actually be free and love
As only true love can.
Oh, how glorious that day will be
Either under a dark lit sky or scolding heat.
Waiting and wondering if it will come,
We can only dream of that coming day.
