Alovers imaginary tiff byL.H.

Can you stop me?

Can you stop me?

From loving you

Can you hold my breath?

From breathing over you

Can you squeeze my hand?

Twist my arm

Can you ever do me any harm?

No you won’t

That I know better than you

You still silently love me

But don’t know

What to do.

Can you let me continue to compose?

As my love in you I repose

For you return to my life

In her place

Whose memories steps

I continue to trace.

You are young a summer’s eve

I am still in search of that eve

The one who stole my heart

That autumn day

Where did she vanish to?

I just cannot say.
