A poem about the rain forests….
Clear the cover of ancient lovers, drinking in earth
shoulder of her rocky boulder, splitting tree from land
smoke slowly rises, plane above the canopy
washing light out of its height and raining
pouring over every offer given
skin the naked jungle rhythm
fill the coffers, offer of a tree
It is of man to take of land, my hand between it still
my hand between, blood run serene and rivulet until…
rivulet and rip in time, rip a hole to see
through green glow and below, away the Canopy
