Me writing a poetic comment on Shirley Bassey’s lyric. Like a small colaboration.

I’d like to run away from you

But if you didn’t come and find me

I would die.

~by Shirley Bassey~

How can you say this now,

When I’m still looking?

I see your body,

But I need to feel your heart.

For it’s not truly mine,

If you can take it from me.

Don’t say you would die!

You won’t die.

Just feel your heart beat,

And think of me,

For we are connected.

If I am ever not there,

Or if you ever leave,

Remember,

Some bonds can’t be broken.

And no words can be taken back.

So I say this to you,

I love you.

And that wont fail.
