Boredom takes its toll from the high schoolers.
Teenagers gather ’round
In the classroom
With a pack of cards
And wonder what to do.
Hearts, poker, or something,
At least to control the boredom that’s growing uncontrollably,
And they simply hope
When that bell will ring.
