Carrot cake (recipe)
1 kg of flour, 25 g of fresh yeast, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cups. milk, 1 cup. sugar, 5 eggs, 3 carrots, salt.

Yeast dissolved in a small amount of warm water. Carrots cleaned, cut into cubes, boil in not big quantities of water until done. Boiled carrots to cool, chop the blender, add eggs, melted butter, milk, stir, gradually adding flour. Add yeast, salt and sugar, knead the dough. Stir the dough is spread into the form, powder with flour, cover with a towel in a warm place. Bake at 180-200C for 1 hour.
