A poem about a cat’s love for a wild cat.

I run out the door as soon as the night falls,

I have to answer all her calls.

Every night I walk this way,

just to see her I cant keep my love at bay.

She is not like me she has no place to call home,

day or night she has to roam.

I follow her scent,

as it calls to me I know which way she went.

Closer now her cat’s eyes are upon me,

this is what love is meant to be.

She rubs her head ageist mine,

while we purr in time.

We set of to find a place,

so I can feel her warm embrace.

Soon I have to return as the light hits the sky,

I will be back my love for now I must say goodbye.
