I arise in the morning

And the golden sunbeams streaming through

My Window caress my face

I arise

And I rejoice

Because as my feet touch the ground

I embrace the new day

That has dawned for me

I celebrate in my heart

And as I stretch out my arms

And touch the air that has no form

I touch the infinite

And I celebrate the dawning of a new day.
