Colors change always,

Pigments can’t make up their mind!

Locale and heat win.

Sticky Tongue

Harpoon shoots out fast,

Club holds on to prey, comes back,

Chameleon strikes

Independent Eyes

One towards sky,

Watching predators; For prey,

Other eye on plants!

**************************************************************

Rolled-up Prehensile Tail

Jumping with front legs

on next branch, back legs in air,

Tail clasps twig for grip!
