This is a poem of deception, loss, lies, and of course infidelity. A cheating husband and his daughter trying to do the right thing even when nobody beleives her.
Fourteen years old and nobody beleived her.
Her father was a good man, a real over acheiver.
But she saw what she saw, her eyes didnt deceive her.
The women with her father didnt look familur.
Everyone else was blind, they couldnt see he was a cheater.
But she opened everyones eyes.
The look her father got now wasnt respect, it was despise.
Her mother fell to her knees and began to cry.
She looked up at her husband screaming and asking him why.
But no words came out of his mouth only a sigh.
She asked how could you do this to me.
We have been together so long, what about our family.
He grabbed his wife a whispered please dont leave me.
She said its too late for that cant you see.
YOU need to pack your stuff and YOU need to leave.
