When I wrote this, I was thinking of how much I love cherry blossoms. I was thinking how much my life is like a blossom.
My life is like a
Cherry blossom on a tree,
I’m connected to
Other people who are like me
And one day I will
Disconnect from my root of life,
To live MY life
A gentle breeze will pick
Me up and take me
To a place of mystery
This place will be small
Peaceful and happy
And one day, in this peaceful
Little town, I hope to
Plant my seed and branch out my own
