It is a shame that not everybody grows up after leaving school.
I really do not know why I am surprised by it
this petty act of childishness
Why did I ever think better of you
or dismiss it as something you would not do
I do not feel like I have lost anything at all
it is not as though I have a friendship shortfall
I like to keep and treasure real friends
not waste time of those who just pretend
