Poem By: Chantell O.
Children Everywhere
They are crying.
They are helpless.
Adults can help this.
Tuck them in before they go to bed.
Be there when they are having a nightmare with nothing to be said.
Make sure there hygeine is up to par.
When they’re getting older.
That is the first place to start.
Teach them the good from the bad.
Let them know young and old can feel sad.
The world is not all that’s it’s cracked out to be.
That once they are wiser they will see.
In life there are choices to be made.
Don’t joke around and watch them fade.
I have so much I want to say.
Every things so scrambled.
It’s not coming out the right way.
I am trying to keep my flow.
Because I know.
Life is Real, Tough, Scary, Appreciating, Motivating, Intelligent, etc.
I have so much in store.
I can say a little more.
Children Everywhere
Belong to You and Me.
You can even be a Uncle or Auntie
To them your still like Mommy and Daddy.
If you are an adult.
Children belong to you.
Let’s take care of them.
This is from my heart.
I know this is true.
That is why heart and prayers.
Go out to you.
Children Everywhere.
