Stay strong, don’t be sad….

Do you allow problems to steal your Joy.. why?

If life gives you a hundred reasons to cry,

show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile

Problems are just for a while.

Problems and Challenges never last.

Just like other times, they’ll end up in the past.

Sometimes things actually fall apart

So that beautiful things can start.

Choose to be Happy.

Wow! What an inspiring poem. We can, we absolutely can follow your advice. Your advice is the reason why mental health professionals always tell people to find something they enjoy doing and keep doing it.
