Some society are more claustrophobic than others and the worst part of it is that they do not want to do anything about it. In France, for example it is a must to take holidays either in the mountains or to the sea. Sometimes, you need to sit at home and just relax watching television because you cannot do everything at the last minute that is only in case of emergency that you can do it.

of fullness that never go away and so my friend
what shall we do about them because holidays
are also times to rest and then you also know my friend
that you do not need to stress yourself even during holidays
and it is even worst when you feel the things going my friend
