CHRISTSOULED – Christian Soul mate Edward.

How could this feeling be?

An encounter I never imagined

First time to see each other

You seemed to spiritually father

That was more than friendship

Like brotherly loves’ kinship

As best friend’s snooped chip

Lover’s care about relationship

It was never love at first sight

Hugs in affectionate insight

Intimacy could never be

Celibacy may foresee

Thought you were my soul mate

Known you so long to open gate

So holy to have Christian’s instate

Heavenly feeling to meet perfect bait

Forever cherish a day of encounter

Having you as a partner is a noble hunter

Now we’re friends just like the other

A proud vision of everlasting thither

I might be a little daft but I don’t really understand the poem but I do like it. It flows well and seems to have a great meaning.
