No matter where I have lived, someone is complaining about their residential area.

City vs country

each unique

both have benefits

depends on what you seek

examine why you moved there

research before you go

life can be hard

in either setting

no sense in fuss

nor regretting

many claim to be stuck

where they are at

whine and complain

move out, then back

many look for quantity

rather than quality

one can’t have one

without the other

examples galore

if one wants mountains

don’t move to the metropolis

if one wants a huge selection of stores

don’t move to a small town

there aren’t any more

some complain about attitudes

but do they take the time to think

“Friendly starts with me”

for goodness sakes

and what about the difference

between right and right now

it’s like they don’t understand the consequences

Holy Cow!

have heard there are no quality mates

to be found

perhaps quality should be re-defined, some how

are you looking for stability

or simply a good time

practicing abstinence

is not a crime

True words in your poem. It does not help to complain anyway excellent point.

I love this poem. Thank goodness I have moved to a beautiful place. I have no complaints about it.
