Christmas is the joyous time of the year to many, but for the children on the streets Christmas is like an ordinary day until one takes time to share.

In a cold December night
A festive Christmas spirit fills the air
Christmas lights are above the trees
But below is a child on bended knees.

On a busy street
A child wanders
But who cares?
Everybody are into the holiday rush.

In a cold December night
In a crowded place
Many hands upclose
But no one holds
A child that no one holds.

People too much worried about themselve instead of the special one.

We must try and help those people where we can. A great reminder.

We should never forget those in need–not just at Christmas, but the whole year.

This is really good. It is sad that there are so many children who won’t have a great Christmas.

Wonderfully written to remind us of the less fortunate, and the sadness that some children will have today, tomorrow and has had yesterday because no one cared to make a difference.

This is the best message.I agree with you completely and the picture of that baby, just adds to the meaning of your message.

Thanks Phoenix and to others who commented. We will also be blessed in some ways if we share what we have.
