Humorous poem about taking a cold shower.

Image via Wikipedia

Hot water heater is on the fritz.

Cold shower is in store.

It’s cold enough outside.

I don’t want cold anymore.

Water hits my body

Like icicles on my breath.

One more sprinkle from my cold shower,

And I’ll feel like sudden death.

The plumber will fix the problem.

The cold shower will go away.

But I’ll feel so much better,

When the month turns into May.

You’re brave. I wouldn’t go near the shower if it was cold. A good piece.

Heat water and take a warm bath. Problem solved. Good poem though.
