Poem about racism.

Black and white, it doesn’t matter.

Another thought, another heartbreak

Can’t you see we’re the same inside?

Can’t you see the light in their eyes?

Fighting the fight they’ve fought all their life.

Trying so hard just to fit in.

Another moment, another memory.

Scars of their past coming to the surface.

They’re seen, they’re noticed.

I just wish they weren’t hated.
