Half an apple cored
spread with peanut butter
what a breakfast reward
for a commuter clutter
go for instant oatmeal
berries stirred in yogurt
your stomach will feel
the satisfying comfort
if you got to hustle
turkey sausage and eggs
with bagel to build muscle
strength for arms and legs
anything high in salt
calories, sugar and fat
may put you at fault
by not doing the math
breakfast isn’t hard
to make as well as swallow
don’t be a tub of lard
make it easy to follow!
