Thieving light.

Con, Illuminate
She relieved the stars of their gleam
and polished her face with the blood of their corpses.
Charmed, its followers stay if the moon
continues to seduce the them that lies below,
so she tells all that it’s a rock in the sky
And they believe it in her smile.
She who stands the tallest shall block out a light.
No one can see that far anyway.
Thieves are helpless in the reign that is her.
She told them all to look away,
where she lain a piece of darkness over the sun
And called it her beautiful.
