Luckiest person alive
To endure so much and walk out without a care
Perfection and all wasn’t to strive
It was served on a silver plate
Managing to pull through to things that couldn’t be controlled
Things that were held back really was for the better

Given a reason to be a maniac was one thing
But having complete insanity over another is different
When all you hear and see are new lives being brought
Those you knew were the first to dip in the water
You have tried to test it but nothing changed
You were still the same person

Time goes by and nothing happens
Thoughts racing through your mind and through outter space
Why couldn’t that water run through you and let you transform and create
You are running out of luck
Wishing to give all that you have to have and hold
Wanting to prove to yourself that you can and will

Few months gone by and it never does
Damn this f-en place, why can’t it be
How the f-cked aren’t I there yet
I know I am not afraid and I have asked a thousand times
Time is going by so fast and I need to have it now
The grandfather clock won’t tick forever and I need to prove it now

I don’t want to be left alone
Having to bore without introducing my favorite clock
The one that tick all day long, never asking for a thing
I would like to present a gift that’s not asked for nor expected
Beyond it all, I’d like it to still tick when I conceive

Keeping a thin string on my end
I am willing to let it loose if nothing comes
God says it is a blessing
I believe I have none and will have none
Growing with thin grey hair with my 2 cats plus strays
Sitting on a rocking chair, miserable as ever
My clock might tick faster and I will never forget how God haven’t blessed me

I am becoming to believe I was “blessed” with the wrong crowd
Never going to be someone to call a mother
