I am an SPC-DMS-Cpk Line Engineer of QA Team and an opportunity comes for me to be transferred to TPM department as a TPM Coordinator. This is of equal position and privilege. Please help me decide to whether I will go or not. Note: In QA my superiors are against me my grades are too low (No opportunity for promotion), but I love my friends and it seems I can’t live without them.

It was an attempt
A way of escape
From nails of inequality
Tails of prejudice in sanctity
Succumb an offer
Of the other manager
Sees light to move away anger
It was then a knock of lumber
Unable to foresee the speed of transfer
Easy sign of the superiors on a straight ladder
Don’t even consider that I am an achiever
Proved by subordinates and transacting reliever
Now in midst of conflicting decision
Needs to consider my built affection
I love my friends and they love my ambition
Donna, Sheen, Haidz and Kristy are my solid reason
No career growth shall be endowed
No salary increase shall be encode
I will only get attention on the road
That I was able to get rid of my unrecognized load
