One of the most important ways to help beat social anxiety is to conquer the negative thoughts, so here is my poem on the subject.

The negative thoughts take up so much space
If they were gone, my mind would be such a content place

They say, “You got to conquer each and every negative thought,
If you ever want to be free from the anxiety that makes you someone that you are not.”

Conquering them is way much harder than it sounds
Searching way deep down inside where vulnerability abounds

I know my fears are irrational, so why won’t they stray
and bring some peace of mind for me today

To be free will take some work; like anything else
So I will conquer the negative thoughts one by one,
Instead of hiding them on the back of a shelf

You explain your thoughts well. Could you try less hard and maybe not tire yourself so much, dear friend?

I use a rose quartz crystal skull pendant which really works in subsiding negative thoughts among many other fantastic uses. You might want to research them. Great poem.

I know how you feel. I read your articles, “The Work” and that makes me feel that we will both be ok.

I am going through the process of conquering negative thinking and you are right in what you say in your poem \” Conquering is much harder then its sounds\” this should not be underestimated. I am getting help and I will conquer this too, for me and my family.

I love your poem, you have expressed the way you feel really well.

    Well done
