Congress is in charge of establishing post offices and post roads.

Only Congress can declare war.

No religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust in the United States. Also, Senators and Representatives, members of state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, of the United States and other states, must be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.

Since habeas corpus is in the Constitution, people must be tried before punished unless in cases of rebellion or invasion.

Titles of nobility shall not be granted by the United States.

If a person charged in a state for a crime escapes to another state, s/he must return to the original state and stand trial there.

Trials of all crimes, except impeachments, shall be by jury. The trial shall be held in the state where the crimes have been committed, but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as Congress have directed by law.

Under the Constitution, no tax or duty will be laid on items exported from any state.

The Constitution, and all laws and treaties made or shall be made under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land.

It is stated in the Constitution that full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.

Only Congress can raise an army and a navy.

New states can be admitted to the United States. However, a state that combines two existing states or states that are divided from an existing state must be first approved by the legislatures of the states involved.
