When you criticize someone

And you do so in private

To allow him to save face

That’s CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

When you criticize someone

To elicit the best in him

And not abase his person

That’s CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

When you criticize someone

Separate the deed from the person

To avoid generalization

That’s CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

When you are criticized

And after you listen, it’s valid you realize

Hence, you are precluded to antagonize

That’s CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
