Some things are so impossible to forgive.
I could not hold you
for the lies you told
I felt hatred instead of pity
although I hate to see a man cry
I wanted to hit you
strike your face and condemn you
for putting us both in this place
but just leaving you in a ball of shame
was the cruellest way to exact blame
