I acknowledge perfect, radiant health as my heritage. I claim my inheritance today.

I begin today to build a new consciousness of health.

I erase from my consciousness ALL thought of limitation, of disease, and bodily malfunctioning.

I affirm the life and health, the perfection and radiance for every body CELL.

I call upon the inner Spirit to direct and superintend the functioning of every CELL, tissue, bone, and organ of my body.

I relax in my assurance of perfect health.

I give thanks for the sure, quick manifestation of perfection in my body.

I praise the healing forces at work and give joyous thanks for each manifestation of perfection.

I claim, I realize health now, today, this moment.

You need to claim your healing and focus on that complete healing. If you do not havel the faith I do. You are HEALED!
